She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Jacobs and Veronica Jacobs (Micke); her husband Richard Levash; her grandson Jeremiah; her parents-in-law, Jim and Kate Levash (Wittmann); her siblings, Roger Jacobs (Darlin), Robert Jacobs (Carol), Hillard Jacobs, Anna Marie Lexum (Pete), Rosemary Karls and Dorothy Jacobs; and her siblings-in-law, Alma Doberstein (Austin), Hildegard Schreiber (Ed) and Bud Levash.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Levash (Mary), Joan Hartz (Gary), John Levash (Sheri) and Jerome Levash (Tracey); her grandchildren, Jason (Amy), James (Chelsea), Ashley Rusch (Matthew), Lindsey Hartz (Corey Ebben), Nathan (Vanessa), Chris (Emma), Shawana Kiesow (James), Whitney Meza (Christopher), Carissa Schultz (Cody), Monique Nelson (Donovan) and Brent; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jackson, Jamie, Piper, Gemma, Cecilia, Emma, Carsen, Myles, Aria, Caleb, Hadley, Dawson, Natalie, Johnlee, Ellianna, Beau, Blake, Riley, Caden, Dane and Dierks; her brothers, Joe Jacobs (Ceil) and Ken Jacobs (Debbie); and her siblings-in-law, Ralph Karls and Bev Jacobs.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1100 W Ryan St, Brillion, WI 54110). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
