He was predeceased by: his parents, Arno Hickman and Lillian Hickman (Knier); and his sister Jean Marie. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Beth Hickman and Margaret (Andrew); his nephew Evan Bonde; his niece Erin Reinken (Ryan); and his great-nephew Rhys. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
