He was predeceased by: his sons, Michael Mayer Jr. and Patrick Mayer; and his son-in-law Shorty Biedenbender. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his siblings, Dan Mayer, Corky Lee and Kathy Mayer; and his children, Pam Peters (Jim), Lori Biedenbender and Bradley Mayer (Brandy). He is also survived by 10 grandkids, 4 great grandkids, and other relatives.
