She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edward Hayes and Severian Frances Hayes (Quigley); her siblings, Margaret and Francis; and her daughter Susan.
She is survived by: her husband Simon Alexander Garrow; her children, Mark Garrow of Brillion and Thomas Garrow; her children-in-law, Elizabeth of Carlsbad, California, Kevin Malone of Port Orchard, Washington and Dennis Ciccarillo of Canton, Connecticut.; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Erin, Alejandra, Catalina, Kathryn, Caroline, Belinda, Ema, Andrew, Julia, Grace and Samuel; and her great grandchild Eva.
