He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Puskala and Margaret Puskala (Flaschberger); his parents-in-law, Leo and Lorena LeClair (Duby); his stepmother-in-law Marge LeClair; and his stepson Kevin Orth.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Orth (LeClair) of Brillion; his stepchildren, Kathy Gyorko (Eric) of Indialantic, FL, Brian Orth (Lori) of Menchalville and Craig Orth (Andria) of Brillion; his grandchildren, Dara, Zane Gyorko, Rachel Karstadt (Kyle), Courtney Bowers (Anthony), Jared Orth (Kelsie), Zachary Orth, Jocelyn Dobson (Anthony), Hunter Orth, Logan Orth and Macy Orth; his great grandchildren, Liam Orth, Kevyn Dobson, Duncan Dobson and Mavis Dobson; and his brothers, Larry Puskala (Tina) of Grand Rapids, MI and Kelly Schneider (TJ) of Manitowoc. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
