LaVerne A. Schwahn Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaVerne A. Schwahn of Brillion, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Behnke and Margaret Behnke (Boldt); her son Donald Schwahn; the father of her children Clarence Schwahn; her siblings, Gertrude Ross (William), Lorella Paul (Irving, Sr.) and Marvin Behnke; and her sisters-in-law, Alice Schwahn and Cecilia Behnke.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Voit (Dennis) of Waukesha, David Schwahn (Laurie) of Brillion and Doreen Mikeal (Martin) of Two Rivers; her grandchildren, Corrie Birrou, Casie Schisel (Josh), Carl Schwahn (Samantha), Greta Voit and Sarah Detmer (Patrick); her great grandchild Faris Birrou; her grandchildren, Adalynn, Alivia, Aiden Schisel, Hailey, Kellen, Sayla Detmer, Baleigh, Kennedi and Parker Schwahn; and her siblings-in-law, Kathleen Behnke and Gerald Schwahn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated in LaVerne's name to Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church.
