He is survived by: his wife Amelia Pena; his children, Jose Alan Medina, Gabrela Medina (Ernesto Lopez) and Angel Josue Medina; his grandson Lorenzo Jose Lopez; and his siblings, Lupe Medina, Chita Medina, Boni Medina, Chabelo Medina, Cuco Medina and Martina Medina.
