He is survived by: his children, Donald Schmelter (Sue), Jan Keuer (Dwight) and Sherwood; his grandchildren, Max Schmelter (Tiffany), Michael Schmelter (Alyssa), Morgan Kiesow (Kurt) of Brillion, Marty Keuer (Hannah) of Lakeland, MN, Mitchell Keuer (Melissa) of Lake Elmo, MN and Marcus Keuer (Dawn) of Oshkosh, WI; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Maverick, Navy Schmelter, Ryker, Ryatt Schmelter, Callen, Aiden Keuer, Owen, Graham Keuer, Aubree Keuer, Aurora Framnes and Ryan Frank; his wife Phyllis Schmelter (Kings); his great grandchild Valerie Rose Keuer; and his siblings, Ray Schmelter and Sallie Steinfest.
