She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McVey and Violet McVey (Rosenbaum); her parents-in-law, Lowell and Shirley Johns (Maertz); her sisters, Bev Buss and Sandra "Sandy" Kuchenbecker; her in-laws, Dan Kanter, Mike Heimke and Debbie Thiele (Doug); her nephews, Stephen Vondracek and Jamie Johns; and her pet Lucky.
She is survived by: her husband Doug "Stretch" Johns of Mary's Catholic Church; her son Dawson; and her in-laws, Gary McVey (Gesine), Carol Schuh (Mike), Shirley Kanter, Bryan McVey (Anne), Brent McVey (Dawn), Dick Buss, Ronald "Ron" Kuchenbecker, Denise Tamm (Brian), Darrell Johns (Mary), Doreen Vondracek (Dan), Deana and Darcy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pielhop Funeral Home (215 S Main St, Brillion, WI 54110). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated.
