She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Renon and Irene Renon (Worm); her husband Willis Horn; and her parents-in-law, Edgar and Emma Horn.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Horn (Lori) of Brillion and Laurie Sommers (Dave) of Brillion; her grandchildren, Amber Leiterman (Kevin) of Brillion, Michael Horn (Brittney) of Brillion, Thomas Horn (Elizabeth) of Brillion, Samantha Schwahn (Carl) of Brillion, Alyssa Schmelter (Mike) of Brillion and Amanda Ott (Tony) of Brillion; her great grandchildren, Grant, Trent, Mason, Clark Leiterman, Molly Jo, Willis Horn, Emily, Lily, Daniel Horn, Baleigh, Kennedi, Parker Schwahn, Ryker, Schmelter and Ainsley Ott; her brother Randy Renon (Jackie) of Greenleaf; and her nephews, Dan (Jodie), Jerry (Paula) and Dave Renon (Amy). She is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
