He was predeceased by: his father Donald Jensen. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jensen (Holden); his sons, Mitchell, Matthew and Nick; and his siblings, Harold, Davane Jensen, Sherri Fry, Bonnie Petske (Edward) and Donna Grant (Larry). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
