He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Strehlow and Sue Strehlow (Moss); his parent-in-law Ames Deaver (Veronica); and his brothers-in-law, Joe Shafer, Ron Deaver and Norman Kibbel.
He is survived by: his wife Mae Strehlow of John's Church; his children, Brittany Strehlow (Kyle Hoekstra) and Ben Strehlow; his grandchildren, Ames and Elsie Hoekstra; his sister Lynn Oosterhouse; and his in-laws, Ken Deaver (Billie), Brenda Kibbel, Michael Deaver, Jake Deaver (Katie), Carla Norenberg (Earl) and David Deaver (Deb). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
