He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Sr. Brink and Ann Vande Brink (Vande Kolk); his grandmothers, Tanya Webster (John), Ashley Burkhead (Brian), Evelyn Serak, Rowan Webster, Bentley Burkhead, Hailey Burkhead and Everly Burkhead; and his siblings, Donald, Robert Sr., Richard, Edwin Vande Brink, Alice Briskie, Donna Brewer, Jean Ann Patchett and MaryEllen Grahn.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Zabel; his daughters, Linda Kohnke (David) and Jacqueline (Thomas); his grandchildren, Katie Lund (Art), Aaron Simonis (LaRae), Corey Vande Brink (Savanaha Carstensen) and Calvin (Shaunie); his great grandchildren, Gage Hennricks, Sawyer Simonis, Tristan Vande Brink, Adella Vande Brink and Johnathan; his siblings, Joe Vande Brink, Sharon Sina (Daniel) and Diane Sauerbrei (Terry); and his brother-in-law Arden Patchett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (100 Church St, Fairwater, WI 53931). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
