It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Schmuhl in Brandon, Wisconsin, born in Ripon, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepfather Steven "Huck" Hanefeld; and his father-in-law Burton Watring. He is survived by: his wife Suzie Watring of Noah's Ark Waterpark; his children, Mason, Brayden, Everley and Brooks; his parents, Jerry Schmuhl (Deborah) and Bev Hanefeld; his siblings, Bob Schaeve, Matt Schaeve (Gwen) and Nina Malm (Nick); his mother-in-law Sue Watring; his grandfather-in-law Genevieve Watring; and his brother-in-law Brett Watring (Rachel). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is starting a scholarship in memory of Mike Schmuhl.
