He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Kastein and Mabel Daane Kastein; and his daughter Lisa Kastein. He is survived by: his son Keith Kastein; his grandchildren, Dylan, Isabel and Gavin Kastein; and his sister Darlene Kamphuis (Glen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
