He is survived by: his wife Anita Weso; his children, William "Bill" Perez (Mary), Nina White (Stuart), Amy Perez and Roberta "Robin" Perez; his daughter-in-law Lynell; his grandchildren, Dodie, Derrick Jr., Forrest, Daniel, Miranda, Nicole, Luke, Rebecca, Andrew, Janie, Brian, Joseph, Katie, Marcus, Maria, Jennie, Raymond, Tyler and Natalie; his brother Renford Perez; and his close friend Dick Dodge. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
