She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank LaRock and Josephine LaRock (Pyatskowit); her husband Charles Ascher Sr.; and her siblings, Anthony "Mutahone" LaRock, Frank "Buddy" LaRock Jr. and Clare Corn.
She is survived by: her children, Charles (Samantha) and Paula; her siblings, Barbara "Cook" Wescott and John "Mister" LaRock (Deb Spruce); her granddaughter Cassandra; and her pets, Bernie, Sable, Ty, Bilbo, Seeker and Red Bear. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
