It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry James Shakal of Boyd, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry John and Loretta M. Shakal (Janssen); his former wife Janet Phelps; his siblings, Clayton, John, Clarence Shakal and Janet Lacina; his siblings-in-law, Annette Shakal, Theresa Shakal, Jack Lacina, Gerald Phelps and Robert Pozarski; and his close friend Sandy Koss.
He is survived by: his children, Bradley Shakal (Lauri), Lester Shakal, Denise Roshell (Jerry), Edgar Shakal, Clint Shakal (Candi) and Trent Shakal (Julie); his brothers, Robert Shakal (Phyllis), Bernie Shakal (Joyce) and Jerome Shakal (Sharyl); and his sisters-in-law, Cleo Pozarski and Elaine Phelps. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren.
