We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2020, at the age of 80, Doris Mae Hetke of Boyd, Wisconsin, born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Hetke; her father Claude Barquist Sr.; her sons, David Peterson and Roger Gavin; her stepdaughter Donna Karlen; her siblings, Richard Barquist, Albert Hakes, Betty Barquist and Donna Witkus; her cousin Edwin Dierich; and her mother Barbra Barquist (Hakes).
She is survived by: her son Nels Peterson (Tabatha) of Cadott; her daughter-in-law Kathy Peterson of Chippewa Falls; her stepchildren, Bonnie Boro of California, Tami Hetke of California, Patricia Zickefoose (Kenneth) of Cadott, Sherry Brisina of Washington, Donald Jr. of Chippewa Falls and Robert Hetke of EauClaire; and her siblings, Claude Barquist (Jelaine) of Rock Dam, Carol Hedrington of EauClaire and James Wood of Chippewa Falls. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and many step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Due to the pandemic a celebration of life to Honor of Doris will be held at a later date.
