He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Norrgard and Setma Norrgard; his son-in-law Gary Schutts; his siblings, Elmo Norrgard and Lorraine; his brother-in-law Morris Besser; and his nephew Byron Norrgard.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Eckhardt; his daughter Joanne Schutts; his granddaughters, Sara and Amanda Schutts; his great grandchild Mason Jones (Sara) of Forest Lake, MN; his son Gregory Norrgard (Lori); his grandson Michael Norrgard; his great grandchild Kaleigha Norrgard of Boyceville, WI; and his sister-in-law Myra Norrgard. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces & nephews.
