He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cherney and Virginia Cherney (Spletzer); and his brothers, Ralph Cherney and Robert Cherney. He is survived by: his brother Big; his wife Carol Cherney (Novak); his children, Jennifer Matthew (Jimmy), Samantha and Cory Christian; and his grandchildren, Ryan and Jessica.
