He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Eleanor (Lautenslager) and Roy Verner Rasmussen; his siblings, Joan Nims, Robert Rasmussen (Bud) and Mark Rasmussen (Butch); his siblings-in-law, Donald Nims, William Donahue (Billy), Robert Schoen (Bob) and Janice Rasmussen; and his granddaughter Brianna Rasmussen.
He is survived by: his son Grain Masters; his wife Janice Rasmussen (Wiggins); his children, Michelle Kieffer (Charles), Michael Rasmussen (Tawny), Julie Vrchota (Joe) and Brad Rasmussen (Laura); his grandchildren, Katelyn Decker (Jesse), Rachel Gao (Jay), Charles Kieffer (Hannah), Luke Kieffer, Jacquelyn, Jennifer Vrchota, Steven, Haylie and Brady Rasmussen; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Titus, Esther Decker, Ellie and Emma Gao; and his sisters, Ruth Donahue and Loraine Schoen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
