He was predeceased by: his parents, Priscilla Church (Beilke) and George "Elmer" Church; his sisters, Verona, Verna and Verlie; and his sister-in-law Estella.
He is survived by: his close friend Donna "Jeanie" Malone; his children, Matthew Church (Dawn) and Kathryn Footit (Gary); his granddaughters, Melissa Lauder (Kurtis) and Aimee Footit; his brother-in-law Jeff; his brothers, Roland "Rick" Church (Annette) and Rodney "Butch" Church (Sharon); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Madden (Becky), Ronnie Walters, Dennis Faber and Judy Heubel (Jeff). He is also survived by his wife of 61 years, his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
