He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Fischer and Paula Weber (Runge); his stepfather Herbert Weber; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Mary Fischer; his children, Scott Fischer (Anne), Karen Perino (Gary) and Kristina Thiex (Shannon); his grandchildren, Sarah, Jennifer (Rachel Fischer), Zak (Mikala Perino) and Brooke (Tristan Thiex); and his sister-in-law Martha Fischer. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Wolf River Lutheran High School, Shawano.
