He is survived by: his children, Ralph Galvin Jr. (Jill), Kip Welch, Kurt Welch, James Galvin (Lori), Michael Galvin and Charline Zeug (Clint); and his siblings, Robert Welch, Ronald Welch, Rupert Welch (Becky), Rosetta Ramirez (Dave), Rhonda Sullivan (William) and Redeena Krieger (John). He is also survived by grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephew, other relatives, and friends.
