He is survived by: his children, Jay Meek II (Brittany), Jurni Meek and Delores Meek; his siblings, Jeff Meek (Penny), Jimmy Meek, Julie Wendt (Jeff), Jenny Lex, Joanne Woitekaitis, Joyce Green (Richard) and Janet Sardina (Frank); and his sister-in-law Jody Meek. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
