She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Neitzel and Olga Neitzel (Jahnke); her husband George Watters; and her siblings, Ervin Neitzel (Vicky), Arthur Neitzel (Violet) and Arlis Neitzel.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Watters (Susan) of Bowler and Reid Watters (Trish) of Tilleda; her grandchildren, Bethany Watters (Andy Miller) and Kiley Pingel (Randy); and her great grandchildren, Stephanie, Keegan, Kellen, Jackson, Adison, Mason Pingel, Kade, Christian, Grace, Conner Hartleben and Emma Watters. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
