He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward R. "Bud" Kunchick and Lucinda Lee Kunchick (Norman). He is survived by: his girlfriend Beth Leap; his children, Edward, Kristina and Darin; and his girlfriend's children, Donovan and Tamara. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
