He is survived by: his children, Ted Fraly, Traci Eickenroth, Sonya Church and Dewey B. Church II; his grandchildren, Malachi, Jessica, Cody (Paris), Dillon, Griffon and Dustin; and his siblings, Jeaneen Brown (Ron), Mary Webster, Faron Bailey, Emerson Bailey Jr., Jeffery Bailey, Terrance Bailey, Dawn Bailey, Sterling Bailey (Dora), Roni Bailey, Lizette Bailey (Basil) and Clifford Church. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
