She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Ludin and Mary Ludin (Kvasnica); her husband Merton Vele; her siblings, William Ludin, Richard Ludin and Linda Gumb; and her granddaughter Nichole Merckes.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Vele (Steve Parks) of Bowler, Antoinette, Tourtillott of Bowler, Patricia Merckes (Claude) of Bowler, Pamela Vele of Bowler and Robert Vele (Clorissa) of Bowler; her sister Annette Lex (Tod) of West Bend; and her grandchildren, Shane Albrecht (Teresa), Brett Miller, Robert Miller (Tonya Rosenow), Starlyn Miller (Beau), Todd Miller, Crystal Lepscier (Justin), Tracy Lobermier (Weston Miller), Brandon Merckes (Rebecca), Charles Piotrowski (Jaimie), Teena Piotrowski (Al Malone), Michael Parks and Andy Piotrowski Jr.. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
