She was predeceased by: her father Edward Zajicek; her husband Erv; her siblings, Harley Zajicek and Blanche "Bea" Randall; and her brothers-in-law, Harry Kurowski, William "Bill" Randall, Gordie Peaslee and Dennis Devine.
She is survived by: her mother Edith Zajicek (Briggs); her daughters, Jean McDaniel (Mike) of Boscobel, Jane Hackett of Boscobel and Susan Gardner (David) of Boscobel; her grandchildren, Jeremy McDaniel, Malena Knowles (Jacob) of Boscobel and Garrett Gardner (Janyl) of Cottage Grove; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn McDaniel, Piper, Autumn, Chloe Knowles and Gus Gardner; her siblings, Cre Peaslee of Minnesoda, Shirley Kurowski, Bonduel and Mason Zajicek (Carol); and her sisters-in-law, Betty Zajicek and Marsha Devine. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Bethel Oaks Memory Care in Viroqua or St. John's Lutheran Church in Boscobel.
