She is survived by: her sister-in-law Wanda Welsh; and her brothers, Oscar Welsh (Caroline), Edward Welsh (Edith), William Welsh (Inez), Harry Welsh, Paul Welsh (Gladys), Raymond Welsh (Pearline) and Albert Welsh. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
