He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Westcott and LuLu Westcott; and his sisters, Sue Ross and Julie Forde. He is survived by: his wife Lois Westcott; his children, Terri Vargas (Marc) of Fort Collins, Lori Tidaback (Denny) of Tucson, AZ and Lee Westcott (Linda) of Longmont; and his brother Joel Westcott (Sharon) of Albert Lea, MN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
