He was predeceased by: his parents, Roxa O. Cooley (Clark) and Elgie C. Cooley; his daughter Janean Kay Miller (Cooley); his siblings, Donald, Allen, Cecil, Keenan and Leota (Cota); his brother-in-law Gerald Wood; and his parents-in-law, Sam and Berniece Wood.
He is survived by: his son Roger Charles Cooley (Sharon) of Austin, TX; his wife Mary Lu; his son-in-law Michael Miller of Woodman; his grandchildren, Melissa Miller Tairi (Chien) of Prairie, Sara Cooley Broschart (Steve) of Seattle, WA, Eric Cooley (Katie) of Avondale, PA and Todd Miller (Tanya) of Woodman; his great grandchildren, Kayla Rupp, Ella Smith, Tyler, Tatum, Taryn, Tyson Miller, Harper and Brooks Cooley; his parents-in-law, Mary Jane Cooley, Caroline Wood (Gerald), Gary Wood, Robert Wood (Sharon), Sandra Knesting (Bernard) and Allen Wood (Janet); and his friends, Deanna Shimpach and Noreen Clark. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
