He is survived by: his wife Laura Martin of Boscobel; his children, Sarah Adams (Jay) of Muscoda and Joey Martin (Stephanie) of Dodgeville; and his grandchildren, Allison Adams, James Adams, Blake Martin and Ellie Martin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
