It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dallas Faulkner (Boscobel, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 25, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Faulkner and Betty Faulkner (Pittsley); and his brother Delos Faulkner. He is survived by: his former wife Carol Ackerman; and his wife Carol Faulkner of Boscobel.

In lieu of flowers memorial can be given to the Boscobel Gundersen Hospital or the Boscobel Animal Shelter BARK in Doc's name.
