He was predeceased by: his mother Sophia Lewis (Burgus); his grandson Trevor Miller; his siblings, William Lewis (Diane), Richard Lewis, Randy Lewis, Maxine Fuerstenberg, Dianne Puckett and Joan Atkinson; his mother-in-law Dorothy Bingham; his brother-in-law Robert Bingham (Brenda Zink); his niece Jade Bingham; and his nephews, Travis Zink and Robert Bingham, Jr..
He is survived by: his father Harold Lewis; his wife Carmen Lewis; his children, Michael Miller (Renee), Christopher Miller, Tara Miller, Vanessa Turner and Amanda Larson (Dale); his sister Jean Rodgers (Chuck); and his siblings-in-law, Roger, Dennis Bingham (Cindy) of Watertown, Thomas Bingham of Watertown and Terry Grueneberg (Dale) of Oxford. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, along with other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
