He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius and Gertrude (Schmidt); and his brothers, Bob, David, Bill and Dick Zinkle.
He is survived by: his former wife Katherine Brownlee; his wife Katherine "Katie" Zinkle of Wauzeka; his children, Aloysius P. Zinkle (Sheila) of Wauzeka, Sandra Dickman (Mike) of Wauzeka, Steven Zinkle (Teresa) of Knoxville Tenn, Rebecca Mayhew (Mark) of Macon Mo, Debra Arnold of Wauzeka, Thomas Zinkle Jr. of Wauzeka, Natosha Zinkle of Seneca, Joe McCullick of Seneca and Ryan Zinkle (Christy) of Mt. Horeb; his siblings, Jerry Zinkle (Kathi) of Carnation Wash and Jeanne Neis of Plano Texas; his sister-in-law Susan Zinkle of Steuben; and his sisters, Dianne Bird, Lois McKendry and Eileen Groom.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Cancer Research .
