He is survived by: his parents, Richard Rowell Sr. (Kelly) and Penny Rowell (Devroy); his children, Alma and Richard III; his stepdaughter Norah; his sisters, Tara Gomske (Rick), Melissa Mendoza De (Roberto), Elizabeth Ortiz Ramos (Amadeo) and Jennifer Rowell; and his stepsiblings, Derrick Powers, Jodie Podobnik and Cory Podobnik. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
