He is survived by: his wife Shirley Zajicek; his children, Cindy Miller (Steve) of Pulaski, Clifford Kurowski (Alane) of Oshkosh, Cletus Kurowski (Gloria) of Bonduel and Corey Kurowski (Jerilyn) of Bonduel; his grandchildren, Christi Conklin (Nathan), Jodi Linz (Robert), Eric Miller (Colleen), Alex Kurowski (Emily Rock), April Einsig (Jon), Alicia Kroening (Jon), Ashley Kurowski (Chris Born), Tonia Sprague (Adam), Tia Arndt (Harlow), Travis Kurowski, Trevor Kurowski, Trina Kralovetz and Tyler Kurowski; his brother Wayne Kurowski; and his sister-in-law Marlene Kurowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
