She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ragan and Naomi Berneice Winfrey (Noel); and her brother Randall Winfrey. She is survived by: her husband Robert Harold Cathey; her sons, Robert "Chuck" Cathey (Linda) of Tampa, David Cathey of Green Bay and Michael Cathey (Kathleen); her brother Ronald Winfrey (Helen) of Durango, Colorado; and her sister-in-law Candy Winfrey. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
