She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Burlingham and Ruth Burlingham (Krause); her husband Don; and her children, Milton and Dawn.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy of Cedar Rapids, IA; her children, C. J. Urbanek of Wynnewood, OK and Mike Urbanek (Martha Martin) of Blue River, WI; her grandchildren, Calvin Urbanek, Tracie Aker, Ashley Hebert (Ty) and Jack Urbanek; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Clayton, Cole, Charlie and Harper; and her close friend Rosemary Aden.
