He was predeceased by: his mother Christine (Ronald Boarts). He is survived by: his son Otis; his wife Kitty; his father Ron Boarts of Youngstown, OH; and his sisters, Greta Barninger (Daniel) of Youngstown, OH and Jennifer Boarts of Youngstown, OH. He is also survived by his niece, and several nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and furbabies.
