With solemn reverence, we commemorate Robert William Prochaska of Blue Mounds, Wisconsin, born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, whose life came to an end on April 22, 2024 at the age of 64, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Prochaska and Patricia Prochaska (Scullion); his brother John Prochaska; his grandparents, Emmett and Evelyn Scullion; and his nephew Jason Friske.

He is survived by: his children, Jacob Prochaska (Emily Martin), Rebecca Prochaska (Jason Disch) and Tania Prochaska; his siblings, Tom "Pud" Prochaska and Lynn Prochaska; his nephew Scott Prochaska; and his nieces, Tara Prochaska and Sara Paulson.
