Lyle K. Opsal Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2020, at the age of 72, Lyle K. Opsal of Blue Mounds, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Sybilla Irene Opsal (Bernards); his son Thad Opsal; his father Boyd Opsal; his parents-in-law, Homer and Avis Hendrickson; his brother-in-law Jerome Hendrickson; and his nephew Trevor A. Hendrickson.

He is survived by: his close friend Deanna L. Hendrickson; his wife Deanna Opsal; his children, Troy Opsal, Travis Opsal (Leslie) and Tara Opsal (Todd Riddle); his siblings, James Opsal (Barb) and Shirley Mazanet (Bob); and his brothers-in-law, Jeffrey (Kate) and Larry Hendrickson (Marie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, donations made to the family will be used to honor causes special to them.
