With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leo C. Peterson of Blue Mounds, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Peterson and Kathleen Ambrose (Barry); his stepfather Buren Ambrose; his sons, Lance Peterson and Scott Peterson; and his father-in-law Norman Linnerud.
He is survived by: his wife Susan D. Peterson; his daughters, Deana Howard, Kerry Schultz (Jason) and Kelly Chambers; his grandchildren, Lionel Howard-Risley and Morgyn Peterson; his mother-in-law Charlene Linnerud; his sister-in-law Sandy Linnerud (Mark Sanborn); his siblings, Barry Beaty (Caryl), Judy Ambrose, Janis Marshall (Larry), Jeff Ambrose (Jaleen) and Jack Ambrose; his nieces, Meaghan Beaty and Lyric Bartholomay; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aislinn and Ada; and his nephews, Mike Guinther, Austin Sanborn and Kyle Sanborn.
