She is survived by: her children, Kim (Chris), Carrie and Terry; her grandchildren, Melissa, Kaylum and Heavengrace; her sister Miriam Heinen; and her brothers-in-law, Carl Wassink and Edward Jacobs. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
