He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Hetke and Alice Hetke (Stevens); his grandchildren, Steven Hurlburt and Skylar Robichaud; his great grandchild Channing Barney; his siblings, Vinton Eugene (Ruth), Doris (Murray), Elberta (Norman) and Donald (Doris); and his siblings-in-law, Kathryn (Leland) and Robert (Shirley').
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Hentz; his children, Judy, Marjorie (Wayne), Melissa, Bruce (Loretta), Daniel (Sue) and David (Nicole); and his sister-in-law Karen Hentz. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
