He was predeceased by: his sister Gina Johnson; his grandfather Edward Johnson; his uncle Dennis Johnson; and his stepparents, Norm Bronkema and Judy Johnson.
He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Johnson and Karen Johnson (Bronkema); his friend Jake Mcintyre; his grandmother Virginia Johnson; the mother of his children Shelly Colbert; his children, Matthew Johnson (Lorena Munoz), Cortnie Johnson and Gage Johnson; his girlfriend Trudi Balke; his siblings, Jeanie, Staci, Tiffany and Mike; his grandchildren, Elle, Sebastian, Taylee and Alexis; and also Mila Mae. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and great friends.
