She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Schwartz (Zwiefelhofer) and John Sr. Schwartz; her siblings, Clara Schwartz, Kathleen Zwiefelhofer, John Schwartz, Donald Schwartz and Larry Schwartz; and her parents-in-law, Ronald Zwiefelhofer, Vernetta Schwartz, Gerald Berge, Tom Bohl and Robert Meinen.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Frank; her children, Heather Weimert (Jeff) and Derek Frank (Sarah); her grandchildren, Rillie, Noah, Lauren, Aaron, Adeline, Eloise, Nicholas and Marguerite; her siblings, Myrna Meinen, Helen Berge and James Schwartz (Bernice); and her sister-in-law Jill Schwartz.
